The Rheem Model HVAC on the roof of my home was malfunctioning; an appointment to inspect the unit was arranged expeditiously and I received a courtesy call from their office on the day of service that the technician, whose name was provided, was on his way and arrived right on time. A thorough inspection and analysis of the unit was undertaken and the sources of the problems were identified and clearly explained to me for my understanding; immediate rewiring was carried out and the replacement parts were confirmed to be in stock from their supplier and were ordered onsite by the technician;  Upon the timely delivery of the parts, I received a call from management to arrange for the follow up installation work on which day, another courtesy call was sent and this time a two man team arrived on time and carried out the complex repair work, after which they thoroughly tested the entire system to insure that it was working fine before leaving. The theoretical knowledge, expertise and practical skills that the technicians possessed  was first rate and all of the personnel of the company exhibited the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and concern for the quality of their work and the client's satisfaction.
